How to edit
- Sign in at app.collegepricecheck.com.
- Select Profile in the sidebar.
- Select Edit profile, make your changes, and save.
Select Preview to see your profile exactly as families see it.
When changes go live
- Before you're live, your profile is private. Edit as much as you like.
- Once you're live, changes publish right away.
Tips for a profile that gets booked
- Lead with a clear, friendly headshot. It's the first thing families see.
- Be specific in your tagline. "Helping families appeal financial aid offers" beats "College advisor."
- Pick topics you're strongest in, like aid offers, FAFSA, scholarships, or appeals.
- Add your education and experience. Families want to know why they should trust you.
Large photos are shrunk automatically before upload, so you can use photos straight from your phone.
Offer a free intro call
In the editor, you can turn on Offer a free 15-minute intro call. Families then see an option to book a short, unpaid call with you before booking a full appointment. It's optional, and it can help families who want to meet you first.
