Families pay College Price Check when they book. We collect that payment on your behalf, then pay you out for the appointments you've held.
When you get paid
Twice a month, around the 15th and the last day of the month, by bank transfer to the account you gave us during setup. Timing can shift a little for weekends, holidays, and bank processing.
Each payout comes with an email statement listing the appointments it covers.
How your payout is calculated
For each appointment, we deduct:
- Our margin: 10% of the appointment price
- Card processing: 2.9% + 30¢

Your $99 per month technology and team fee is billed to your card separately. It's never taken out of your payouts.
Refunds
Families can cancel for a full refund, or reschedule at no extra cost, up to 1 day before their appointment. Late cancellations and no-shows aren't refunded unless you choose to offer one. If you cancel or miss an appointment, the family gets a full refund or a rescheduled appointment.
When a family is owed a refund, we issue it on your behalf and deduct it from your next payout.

Changing your bank account
Email hello@collegepricecheck.com and we'll send you a new secure form. Never send bank details in a regular email.
