What it is
The technology and team fee is a flat $99 per month. Running your own practice usually means paying separately for a website, scheduling software, payment processing, and marketing. This fee bundles all of it: your profile page, the advisor directory, booking, secure payments, payouts, marketing, optional training, and our team working behind the scenes for you.
At $100 an appointment, two appointments a month cover it.
When it starts
Your subscription starts the day your profile goes live, not when you apply or get approved. You add a card during setup, but you aren't charged until you're live.
It's billed monthly, whether or not you have bookings that month.
Canceling
There's no commitment. To cancel, email hello@collegepricecheck.com. You won't be charged any more fees after you cancel.
How it's billed
It's charged to the card you added during setup, separately from your payouts. To change your card, email hello@collegepricecheck.com and we'll send you a secure link.
