Advisors sign in at app.collegepricecheck.com with a one-time link sent to their email. Each link works once and expires after 15 minutes. Sessions last 30 days per browser.

"I never got the email"
- Confirm the email they're typing matches the Email under Details on their page. If they've switched addresses, update it there.
- Check the Resend dashboard for the send and its delivery status.
- Ask them to check spam and promotions.
"The link says it expired"
It was older than 15 minutes, or already used. Have them request a new one.
"I was signed out"
Changing an advisor's email signs them out everywhere. They sign in again with the new address.
Never paste an advisor's edit_token into chat or email. Send them to app.collegepricecheck.com instead.
