Pause
On the advisor's page, under Other actions, select Pause. They disappear from all public pages right away. Use it for vacations, an open issue, or when they ask.
No email goes out, so tell the advisor yourself. Their dashboard shows "Your profile is paused." Add a note to the timeline saying why.
Pausing doesn't stop their technology and team fee. If they want that stopped too, cancel the subscription in Stripe.
Restore
Select Restore on the Next step card. This resends the "You're live" email.
Remove
Prefer Pause or Decline, which keep their history. The console has no delete. If a profile truly has to be deleted, ask an engineer: it's permanent, and it removes them from directory collections and erases their timeline.
