Anyone listed under Team in the console can sign in at admin.collegepricecheck.com with their email. There are no passwords and no shared links.
Add a teammate
- Open Team.
- Enter their name and the email they'll sign in with, then select Add.
- Let them know. No invite email is sent.
Hand off advisors
Each advisor has an owner. To hand one off, open the advisor and change Owner under Details. The queue's Mine filter shows what you own, and Unassigned shows what nobody does.
The timeline, checklist, and notes travel with the advisor, so the new owner can see exactly where things stand.
When someone leaves
- On Team, check how many advisors they own in onboarding, and reassign each one.
- Select Remove access. They're signed out everywhere right away.
Their name stays on everything they did in the timeline. Select Restore access if they come back.
You can't remove your own access. Ask a teammate.
